How does it work?

IronCrypto encrypts all your data on your device with your own master password using AES 256.
Your master password never gets transmitted to our servers and your data only arrives at our servers fully encrypted.

All you need is access to any browser or a device that uses the IronCrypto app.
All your data stored using that password will be completely inaccessible, so make sure you always remember it.
IronCrypto uses AES 256 in Counter mode of operation directly on your browser to encrypt your passwords and get the cipher key (using plain password as source for key expansion).
By encrypting everything on your browser/device and never sending your master password to our servers, we can ensure that your data is always encrypted and nobody, including us, can decrypt it.
Even in the unlikely event of a breach to our servers, your data would remain securely encrypted to anyone that does not know your master password.
Users also need to have a google or apple account, which will act as a form of two factor authentication. For somebody to access your passwords, they would first need to hack your google/apple account, for which you may have separate two factor authentication, and then they would need to know your master password.
You can delete your account by clicking on the delete button in the account page. This will delete all your data from our servers and you will not be able to recover it.
